New Year’s Eve, starting at 5 PM, the Las Vegas Strip closes to car traffic and Vegas goes totally crazy – that’s what this vacation is all about; being at Vegas at the most wonderful time of the year in a new 5-star 4-bedroom villa on the 32nd floor of the Planet Hollywood Casino Complex – you and 13 of your closest friends/family/colleagues/buddies…

We own a 2,700 sq ft 4-bedroom villa at the Planet Hollywood (ph) Towers, in Las Vegas, that we are renting for New Year’s week this year. This fractional ownership is for a 4-bedroom villa on the 32nd floor that sleeps 14 during New Year’s Week. This resort is the newest resort on the Las Vegas Strip. The resort is integrated into 1 square city block of gaming inside the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino complex, Miracle Mile Mall, and ph Towers.

Imagine getting 14 of your closest family/friends/colleagues together in the most exciting city at the most exciting new resort at the most exciting time of the year all at the Planet Hollywood Casino complex during New Year’s week. Our villa can be configured “open” for 14 guests, or as 3 independent villas with their own private entrance: a 2-bedroom that sleeps 6, a 1-bedroom that sleeps 4, and a Studio that sleeps 4.

Limos from and to the airport

You’re buying a world class vacation – of course there is no need to rent cars for your guests, up to 3 limos will whisk them from the airport (LAS) to the ph Towers. These 3 limos can be scheduled at different times/days to pick up your arriving guests. The same is true when its time to return to the airport – 3 limos leaving at any time/day you want.

Travel Insurance

Stuff happens – if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation (all or individual guests) then we pay for travel insurance that covers this rental and all other expenses up to an additional $10,000 (or pro-rated for individual guests). You can cancel for ANY reason, not just a medical reason. This gives you peace of mind that if something should happen and you need to cancel you will receive up to $20,000 from the insurance company.

The policy is with M.H. Ross and if you check their website it goes into detail the coverage for 12 individuals (Their maximum coverage) and the cost, of this insurance policy, is about $1,000 which I pay. They are rated A+ with AM Best rating company. Each of your 12 guests is covered up to $1,700 in trip expenses – their portion of the villa rent, airline ticket, pre-paid Vegas shows. etc.

7-days at the Honua Kai Resort & Spa

This is a fleeting incentive – pick 7 days from our reservation calendar (5 day minimum stay and 7 day minimum stay at holiday weeks) for a family of up to 4. This is can be worth as much as $3,277.97. This is an “early bird” incentive and will decrease in reservation days as the year goes by. You can stay longer and we will deduct 7 days from your total stay.

Since Vegas never stops, why should you? The rooms at the Planet Hollywood Towers feature a 24-hour concierge and 24-hour room service. If you get hungry for something a little bit more than room service, you can choose to eat at restaurants like P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Koi, Earl of Sandwich and even Starbucks. Some of the hottest Las Vegas shows are right within your reach at this hotel. Check out PEEPSHOW for a burlesque-inspired revue or Tony ‘N’ Tina’s Wedding for some great laughs.

The 4-bedroom villa can be “locked off” into 3 separate villas each with its own entrance:

Studio – 450 sq ft with kitchenette

All three sections can be open or closed to the other sections; each section has its own entrance.
