We own a 2,700 sq ft 4-bedroom villa at the Planet Hollywood (ph) Towers, in Las Vegas, that we are renting for New Year’s week this year. This fractional ownership is for a 4-bedroom villa that sleeps 14 during New Year’s Week. This resort is the newest resort on the Las Vegas Strip. The resort is integrated into 1 square city block of gaming inside the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino complex, Miracle Mile Mall, and ph Towers.

Imagine getting 14 of your closest family/friends/colleagues together in the most exciting city at the most exciting new resort at the most exciting time of the year all at the Planet Hollywood Casino complex during New Year’s week. Our villa can be configured “open” for 14 guests, or as 3 independent villas with their own private entrance: a 2-bedroom that sleeps 6, a 1-bedroom that sleeps 4, and a Studio that sleeps 4.

Studio – 450 sq ft with kitchenette

All three sections can be open or closed to the other sections; each section has its own entrance.
